The No. 17 Villanova Wildcats will face the No. 1 Kansas Jayhawks tomorrow in a Final Four rematch. However, this game doesn’t have the same shine as it did last season.
Despite entering this season with high expectations, the Wildcats have experienced a major championship hangover. Losing to Furman in November wasn’t the wake-up call they needed, as they just lost to the University of Pennsylvania on Tuesday.
On the other side of this match-up are the Jayhawks, now sitting atop the college basketball rankings. Even though Udoka Azubuike is still out of action with a sprained ankle, the duo of Dedric Lawson and Lagerald Vick is quite lethal.
Villanova should still present a tough challenge for Kansas, regardless of its recent struggles.

If the Wildcats are going to stay within striking range of the Jayhawks, then Eric Paschall will have to perform at an elite level on Saturday.
Tipoff is set for 12:00 p.m. ET from Allen Fieldhouse.
The game will be on ESPN with Dan Shulman and Jay Bilas on the call.
