Villanova is absolutely killing Kansas from three. It means the Wildcats haven't needed much else.

The Wildcats are an eye-popping 17-for-36 from three point range in the national semifinal. They've actually attempted more shots from beyond the arc than inside it.

Villanova is 11-for-18 from two-point range. Amazingly, until moments ago, Villanova built its big lead without attempting a free throw.

Jalen Brunson finally drew a shooting foul with under nine minutes left in the game for 'Nova. The 81-percent free throw shooter knocked down 1-of-2 from the line.

College basketball fans often point to free throw discrepancy in games, especially when there are questionable calls. Neither fan base has much to say about it today.

Kansas has had no real issue getting to the line. The Jayhawks have knocked down 12-of-16 attempts, but have been held at a distance all game long.

Villanova erupted to start the game, jumping out to a 22-4 lead to start the game.

Brunson and Mikal Bridges have been the headliners for 'Nova this year. However, it has been another Wildcat that has shined tonight.

Forward Eric Paschall is absolutely on fire. He is 9-for-10, and has stepped out to hit 4-of-5 three pointers.

Bruson has chipped in 14 points for the Wildcats. Omari Spellman is battling inside, and has 13.
