The No. 22 Iowa Hawkeyes are off to an impressive start to the season, as they look to improve to 8-2 with another victory this weekend.
Last Thursday, the Hawkeyes defeated the Iowa State Cyclones in convincing fashion. Next up on the schedule is a showdown with Northern Iowa. The Panthers are 4-5 on the season and coming off a much-needed win over Dubuque.
Iowa leads the all-time series and should be overwhelming favorites heading into tomorrow’s matchup.

With Tyler Cook averaging 16.6 points per game this season, Iowa will likely rely on its bonafide superstar. The Hawkeyes will also have Cordell Pemsl, who previously thought he would require knee surgery later this year.
Although the Panthers will be outmatched in the talent department, freshman phenom AJ Green has the ability to carry the team’s offense at any given moment.
Tipoff is set for 7:00 p.m. ET from the Wells Fargo Arena.
The game will be on the Big Ten Network, as Jeff Levering and Shon Morris will call the action.
