Iowa is a top 25 team, and almost definitely NCAA Tournament bound. This hasn't been the best week the program's had this season, though.

Days after announcer Gary Dolphin was suspended for comments made during the team's game against Maryland, head coach Fran McCaffrey earned his own two-game sidelining. That came after harsh criticism of officials in the game against Ohio State on Tuesday.

That game was a 90-70 drubbing, to a Buckeye team that really needed it too. Iowa is in fine shape, but needs to refocus for Saturday.

The Hawkeyes host Rutgers, which finds itself near the bottom of the Big Ten once again.

This Scarlet Knights bunch is pretty feisty though, and has challenged some of the better teams in the league.

Iowa remains a pretty heavy favorite against Rutgers on Saturday.

ESPN's BPI has the Hawkeyes with an 87-percent chance to hold serve at home.

The Hawkeyes sit at 21-7, and 10-7 in Big Ten play. They currently sit solidly in sixth in the Big Ten standings, behind the Michigan schools, Wisconsin, Purdue, and Maryland.

Rutgers is 13-14, with a 6-11 conference record. They've improved during the year, and are tied for 10th. There are reasons for optimism in Piscataway.
