The Iowa Hawkeyes scored a big victory over Nebraska in their rivalry game on Friday to finish the season with an 8-4 record. Let's take a look at where they could be headed for their bowl game in December.

The Hawkeyes had a nice season, but they're sitting behind a number of Big Ten teams when it comes to pecking order. Ohio State could wind up in the College Football Playoff - or the Rose Bowl. Northwestern and Michigan also could wind up in the Rose Bowl.

Penn State, which finished with a 9-3 record, could also wind up in a New Year's Six game.

Iowa, Michigan State, Wisconsin, Purdue and Minnesota also wound up bowl eligible.

Jerry Palm of CBS Sports has Iowa taking on Stanford in the Redbox Bowl.

Eric Single of Sports Illustrated has Iowa playing Oregon in the San Diego County Credit Union Holiday Bowl.

College Football News also has Iowa taking on the Ducks in the San Diego County Credit Union Holiday Bowl.

Ohio State takes on Northwestern on Saturday. We'll know more about each Big Ten team's bowl situation on Sunday.
