The second College Football Playoff rankings came out Tuesday night and, per usual, we've got controversy. But it isn't so much with the top four - Clemson, Alabama, Ohio State and Notre Dame. A number of college football analysts - most notably Paul Finebaum - are taking issue with Iowa at No. 5. The main argument? The Hawkeyes' strength of schedule.

Finebaum doesn't seem to understand how Iowa, after beating Indiana, jumped Baylor, who knocked off Kansas State.

In reality, Iowa's ranking doesn't matter a whole lot. The Hawkeyes, if they win out, will have to go through whichever team (Ohio State, Michigan State, Michigan) wins the Big Ten East. A 13-0 Iowa squad would never be left out of the playoff.
