Earlier: Today's Under Armour All-American Game will feature a number of commitments by big-time players. Right before kick-off, running back Devwah Whaley committed to Arkansas. Next up is four-star guard Terrance Davis, who will stay home to play for D.J. Durkin at Maryland.
