Coach K's final game for Duke at Cameron Indoor Stadium was a brutal 94-81 loss to arch-rival North Carolina. As you can imagine, some of his former rivals were more than happy to rub it in his face.

During the game there were some viral clips of crying Duke fans. Following the game, the Maryland Terrapins decided that it was the right time to rehash a viral clip of their own.

Taking to Twitter, the Terps posted a photo of a crying Duke fan from their iconic 2004 ACC Tournament win over the Blue Devils. That win delivered the Terps their fourth conference tournament title in school history.

The post has been going viral with over 11,000 likes and 2,000 shares since last night. But as you can imagine, Duke fans weren't exactly in the mood to be taking potshots from their former ACC rivals.

"You don’t get to throw lobs at Duke when you leave the conference," one fan replied.

"Have fun watching Duke in the tourney on your couches…" wrote another, pointing out that Maryland will likely miss the NCAA Tournament this year.

"Serious question..do y’all even still have a basketball program? No one has heard from you in 2 decades now," a third wrote.

It's been eight years since Duke and Maryland - once bitter rivals - played on the basketball court. Duke got the better of Maryland in their final meeting in 2014, but Maryland knocked off Duke in the 2013 ACC Tournament quarter-finals.
