The Big Ten All-Conference teams came out this week, and at least one head coach felt his guys got snubbed.
While Maryland point guard Melo Trimble was a unanimous pick by the coaches for the All-Big Ten First Team, the Terps did not get any players on the league's All-Freshman squad.
This was somewhat of a surprise, considering Maryland went 12-6 in conference play and starts three freshmen: guards Anthony Cowan and Kevin Huerter and forward Justin Jackson.
Terrapins head coach Mark Turgeon clearly felt his guys were slighted.

Jackson, who is the team's second-leading scorer (10.7 ppg) and leading rebounder (6.2 rpg) would have been the most likely pick for the All-Freshman team. Cowan (10.4 points, team-high 116 assists) and Huerter (8.7 ppg. 5.0 rpg and 37 percent three-point shooting) weren't shabby either.
The best way for Turgeon and company to prove the coaches and media who voted wrong is to go on a big run in the conference tournament this week.
