Maryland Lands Commitment From 2016 4-Star Small Forward Justin Jackson

It's been a pretty great 24 hours for Mark Turgeon. 

Late Wednesday night, star point guard Melo Trimble announced he was withdrawing from the NBA Draft and returning to Maryland for his junior season. 

And, today, the Terrapins landed a big commitment in their 2016 class. Former UNLV commit Justin Jackson, a four-star forward out of Canada, has committed to Maryland. 

Jackson, a 6-foot-7, 195-pound prospect out of Toronto, is ranked the No. 44 player (No. 8 small forward) in the country by 247Sports

With his commitment, Maryland, which also has pledges from four-star shooting guard Kevin Huerter, four-star point guard Anthony Cowan and three-star forward Micah Thomas, now has a top 10 class for 2016
