4-Star Recruit Is Very Impressed By Michigan State LBs Coach Calling Him 1 1/2 Hours Before Oregon Game
The Michigan State football team is an hour and a half away from one of the biggest games in program history. The Spartans are in Eugene, Ore. where they'll take on the Ducks in the first top-10 matchup of the college football season.
It will be a battle of two of the nation's best: Oregon's offense and Michigan State's defense.
One Spartan defensive coach, Mike Tressel, took some time out of his preparation to call 2015 four-star safety Ben Edwards. The Florida native was very impressed.
What would likely impress Edwards more is if Michigan State can pull out a victory.
The Spartans are set to take on Oregon at 6:30 p.m. E.T. The game will be broadcast on FOX.
