Draymond Green Is More Excited For This Year's Michigan State Team Than When He Made The Final Four

Draymond Green played on two Michigan State teams that made runs to the Final Four. As a freshman in 2009, Green was a role player on the team that lost to North Carolina in the National Championship. The following year, Green averaged just under 10 points per game for another Final Four team, which lost 52-50 to Butler in the national semifinal.

It is well documented that Green has been in contact with players and coaches on this year's team, and he had a ton of praise for the program when asked by about the Spartans' latest run:

Green's Golden State Warriors have games this Saturday and Sunday, but are off Monday. If Michigan State beats Duke, we wouldn't be surprised if Green makes a quick trip up to Indianapolis if his schedule allows for it.
