ESPN's Jon Gruden Calls Michigan State's Connor Cook The Best QB In This Year's Draft

There's been much debate regarding the quarterbacks in this year's NFL Draft class. None seem to be regarded as a "slam dunk" and there's no consensus as to who the top prospect is.

ESPN's Jon Gruden, who hosts quarterback hopefuls on his "Gruden QB Camp" segments each year, says he knows who his top guy is: Michigan State's Connor Cook.

Cook's college resume is impressive: over 30 wins, multiple Big Ten championships and a 71-22 touchdown-to-interception ration. What he's had to battle with during draft season is the questioning of his leadership abilities and whether his ceiling is as high as quarterbacks like Memphis' Paxton Lynch, North Dakota State's Carson Wentz and others.

Time will tell if Gruden's assessment is on point or not.
