Michigan Coach Brady Hoke Invaded MSU’s “Izzone”, Fans Chanted “Fat Tuesday”

Tough day for Michigan all around.

At last night's big Michigan vs. Michigan State game in East Lansing, the "Izzone", MSU's student section, had a very unwelcome guest.

Brady Hoke, Michigan's head football coach, made an appearance at a basketball game to support the Wolverines on the road. Naturally, Mark Dantonio, MSU's head football coach, had to make his way down to address the situation. Here's a picture of the two shaking hands - though we're not sure what they talked about. We're hearing that there were potential recruits on hand for the game, but we can't confirm whether that's true or not.

As you can tell from the picture below, the students didn't go lightly on Hoke. At one point, they even started a "Fat Tuesday" chant. While it's not the most appropriate chant we've heard this season, Hoke has probably heard worse. He did put himself in the situation, after all.
