After beating Notre Dame 36-28 in South Bend tonight, MSU players sang the Michigan State fight song.
Michigan State jumped out to a 36-7 lead and hung on to beat the Fighting Irish. It was the program’s 10th win in its last 13 games against ranked opponents.
After the game, MSU players stayed on the field to sing “Victory for MSU,” the school fight song.

Michigan State’s defense forced multiple key turnovers and running backs Gerald Holmes and L.J. Scott combined for 198 rushing yards and three touchdowns.
There was also this crazy catch by sophomore wide receiver Donnie Corley.
All in all, a very solid win for MSU before heading into conference play.
