Michigan State Had To Take The Bus To Evanston, Illinois

Michigan State ran into some travel trouble ahead of its game on Saturday.

Michigan State has emerged as a contender in the Big Ten, and Saturday, they have a big test on the road against Northwestern. Apparently, the Spartans had some trouble getting from East Lansing to Evanston.

According to numerous reports, Michigan State was forced to take alternate transportation for their nearly 240-mile trip. "Plane trouble" forced the Spartans to take a bus ride to Northwestern - meaning they arrived five hours later on Friday than they'd originally planned. Michigan State's plane reportedly had multiple failed attempts to take off.

Regardless, the Spartans are in Evanston ready to go. We'll see if they can keep it going.
