Spartan Stadium looks like a snow globe for Michigan State vs. Maryland right now.

The Spartans lead 17-0 heading into the fourth quarter, and its been an ugly one.

Neither team has been able to throw at all. Max Bortenschlager is 4-for-10 for 15 yards for the Terrapins, while MSU's Brian Lewerke is just 2-for-13 for 20 yards.

For those of us watching on TV from the warmth of the indoors, it sure looks cool, though.

As the score indicates, Michigan State has been much better equipped to deal with the weather. The Spartans have 251 yards on the ground vs. just 76 for the Terps, led by L.J. Scott's 124 yards. Scott and Lewerke have each scored on the ground.
