Michigan State running back LJ Scott has made his decision.

The Hubbard, Ohio native is returning to school for this senior season in 2018.

Scott revealed his decision following Michigan State's 42-17 win over Washington State in the Holiday Bowl Thursday night.

Scott rushed for 110 yards and two touchdowns in the game.

In three seasons in East Lansing, Scott has been productive. He rushed for 699 yards and 11 touchdowns as a freshman in 2015 before tallying 994 yards and six scores last fall.

This year, Scott rushed for 898 yards and eight touchdowns as the Spartans finished 10-3. Michigan State returns a wealth of talent in 2018, and Ohio State, Penn State and Michigan should each be loaded.

The Big Ten East will be a monster once again.
