Michigan State quarterback Connor Cook is planning on playing against Penn State this afternoon, according to ESPN's Shannon Spake.
Cook, a senior, is dealing with a shoulder injury. He did not play last Saturday during the Spartans' win against Ohio State.
Mark Dantonio says Cook is a "game-time decision" against the Nittany Lions. Cook will go through warm-ups and see how he feels, per Spake, but the plan is to play.
