Michigan State will face Duke in the first semifinal of tonight's Final Four. The Spartans will be looking for their first title game appearance since 2009 and are hoping to win the national championship for the first time since 2000.

Last night, several Michigan State hoops alums visited with the team at its hotel. Included in the group were Basketball Hall of Famer Magic Johnson, who led the program to the national championship in 1979 and point guard Mateen Cleaves, who captained the 2000 title team. Steve Smith, who starred in East Lansing before embarking on a lengthy NBA career, also was in attendance.

Smith and Cleaves have served as CBS analysts during this tournament, and Cleaves will be featured on the Michigan State-centric "Team Stream Presented By Bleacher Report" broadcast of tonight's game.
