Michigan State's defense wasn't quite as dominant as its been over the past few years on Thursday, but the Spartans did mount an incredible comeback to win their Cotton Bowl matchup against Baylor. The victory meant that MSU defensive coordinator Pat Narduzzi, who has taken the head coaching job at Pittsburgh, went out a winner in his final game on the sidelines for the program.
After the contest ended, Narduzzi and head coach Mark Dantonio, who have coached together since 2004, shared a teary-eyed embrace on the sideline. The photo, taken by USA Today Sports, has been going viral.
