Photo: Michigan State's Cotton Bowl Rings Feature Score Of Victory Over Michigan

Last year's Michigan State Spartans squad pulled off one of the greatest comeback victories of all time against Baylor in the Cotton Bowl, rallying from a 20-point deficit in the fourth quarter to emerge with a 42-41 win. This past weekend, MSU unveiled its rings to celebrate the accomplishment, but there was a little extra something included that has some fans a bit riled up.

The Spartans, along with including the team's final record and ranking, listed the score of the Michigan State vs. Michigan game on one of the sides of the ring. MSU supporters seem to like the idea, while Michigan fans think that it's, well, lame.

Michigan State certainly has gotten the best of Michigan in recent history, but many are questioning whether it's worth celebrating a win over a team that went 5-7 on the season. Either way, you can bet new Wolverines coach Jim Harbaugh will use this as motivation in 2015.
