Randall Margraves is getting a lot of support after his actions on Friday.
Friday morning, in a court room in Charlotte, Michigan, Randall Margraves, a father of three daughters who were sexually assaulted by Larry Nassar, attempted to attack the former Michigan State doctor. Margraves was tackled by security before he could get to Nassar, but it's safe to say that he got his message across.
Margraves was detained in the aftermath, but eventually cleared by the court of any punishment. Still, it looks like many who saw his actions are looking to donate their money in his honor.
A GoFundMe account in his honor was set up by someone named Aaron Pangborn in Lansing, Michigan. In just over seven hours, it has raised over $17,000.
Pangborn said that he initially started the GoFundMe because he thought Margraves would have costs (court costs, legal costs) associated with his actions this morning. Since he hasn't been charged, he says he'll find a way to donate the money to help the victims of sexual abuse.
Wow, thank you all for your support.
I initially started this gofundme campaign as way to help cover any legal and court costs that Randy may have after this mornings news.
As we all know, Randy was not charged after the fact.
I will work with him and his family to ensure the funds collected will go to a good cause to help victims of sexual abuse.
