After the Manti Te'o catfishing saga that's unfolded over the past few weeks, it's nice to know that at least one school has been serious about educating its players as to the dangers of social media.
Eleven Warriors' beat writer for Ohio State, Kyle Rowland, recently met with Michigan AD David Brandon, who was apparently more than candid on some behind-the-scenes happenings at the school.
It looks like Michigan's athletic department staged a "catfishing" lesson by having attractive women reach out to numerous players on social media.
I'm with Rowland in applauding Brandon. It's obviously something that needs to be addressed. Rowland's article on his meeting with Brandon should hit 11W on Monday.
