4-Star RB Recruit Announces His Decommitment

One of the top running back recruits in the 2020 class is back on the market.

Tim Baldwin, a four-star running back in the 2020 class out of Ashburn, Virginia, has backed off his commitment to Michigan.

The running back recruit announced his decision on Twitter.

Baldwin is ranked the No. 29 RB recruit in the class by 247Sports' Composite Rankings.

The running back has scholarship offers from Boston College, Maryland, Syracuse and West Virginia, among other programs.
