Daxton Hill's wild recruitment is over. The five-star safety is headed to Michigan after all.
The Tulsa (Okla.) Booker T. Washington star originally committed to the Wolverines on September 18 before flipping to Alabama on December 8. However, Jim Harbaugh and company continued to pursue the five-star recruit, and it paid off.
Hill sent in his NLI to Michigan this morning. The program announced his signing once it became official.
This is a huge recruiting coup for Michigan, and not just because of the fact they got Hill back from Alabama. You're talking about a player who is the No. 1 safety in the country and No. 8 overall prospect in the 2019 class.
