Michigan is looking for a replacement for John Beilein after he left for the Cleveland Cavaliers. Wolverine fans are hoping for a splashy hire, considering the program established itself as a consistent winner under Beilein.

Former Michigan star and current Miami Heat assistant Juwan Howard is the betting favorite at 3-1. He is followed by Billy Donovan, whose seat in Oklahoma City is getting hotter after three-straight first-round exits.
Arizona State’s Bobby Hurley, Florida’s Mike White, NC State’s Kevin Keatts and Texas’ Shaka Smart also make the cut.

Last night, Michigan AD Warde Manuel told reporters there has already been strong interest in the position, and while he would like to fill the vacancy as soon as possible, it is more important to “find the right person.”
Beilein took the Maize and Blue to nine NCAA Tournaments in 12 seasons. He also led the program to a pair of national championship game appearances, two Big Ten regular season titles and two Big Ten Tournament titles.
