Four-star running back Blake Corum is a top prospect who many teams have had their eyes on. After making several visits over the past few weeks, he's settled on a college for 2020.

Taking to Twitter on Thursday, Corum revealed that he would be choosing the University of Michigan. His announcement follows a visit to the Michigan campus this past weekend.

This is home... Committed

Corum is the No. 202 overall prospect in the country per 247Sports. He is the No. 17 running back in the nation and the No. 8 player from the state of Maryland.

Per his scouting report, he recently ran a 4.44 forty-yard dash, demonstrating his remarkable speed.

In choosing Michigan, Corum turned down offers from arch-rival Ohio State, along with LSU, Michigan State, and Kentucky.

Corum joins a Michigan recruiting class that is looking very sharp heading into 2020. 247Sports currently ranks the class No. 8 in the nation and No. 2 in the Big Ten.

The rise in the rankings comes following a big weekend of recruiting that has already seen eight players join the program.

Jim Harbaugh has done a great job of recruiting this year - as he often does. Hopefully he can get it to translate into getting those one or two extra wins he needs to return the Wolverines to national title contention.
