Brady Hoke Says Michigan Will Have A QB Competition Again This Week

Here we go again.

After Shane Morris went 7-for-19 with 49 passing yards, no touchdowns and an interception during Michigan's 30-14 loss to Minnesota, Wolverines' head coach Brady Hoke said that the team will have a QB competition this week. This will be the second week in a row for with a quarterback competition, as Morris competed with Devin Gardner for the starting gig last week.

Gardner came in at the end of the contest after Morris left the game with an injury and was unspectacular, going 3-for-6 with 39 passing yards and no touchdowns or interceptions.

We'll see what happens over the course of the next week, and whether Morris or Gardner will get the start under center when the Wolverines travel to Rutgers on Oct. 4.
