Former Michigan State quarterback Connor Cook weighed in his alma mater's rivalry game this Saturday.
Connor Cook has moved on from college and now serves as a backup quarterback for the Oakland Raiders, but he's obviously still paying attention to what's going on at his alma mater. Despite the team's struggles, it looks like Cook has no problem getting a few shots in on a former rival.
Cook took to Instagram on Tuesday night, calling Michigan "ScUM" ahead of the contest - while also rubbing in the fact that Michigan State has won seven of the last eight meetings between the two. Check it out:
Michigan is a heavy favorite this year, so for Michigan State to make it eight out of nine, it's going to need to play its best game of the year. Cook would be thrilled to see it.
