Former Rams great Eric Dickerson has an idea for who he wants to be the franchise's next head coach.

Eric Dickerson, who made it clear that he wasn't a fan of former Rams head coach Jeff Fisher, reportedly already has some ideas for who should lead the franchise moving forward. Dickerson told NFL.com that he wants Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh to head back to California. He cited Harbaugh's ability to turn programs around.

"People ask me (and) I think Jim Harbaugh is a guy that can really turn the program around," Dickerson said. "I've seen what he's done. Stanford, he turned that football program around. He turned Andrew Luck into a No. 1 draft pick ... he turned Alex Smith's career around when most people thought he was done. He helped (Colin) Kaepernick, helped turned him into a top quarterback. He turned Michigan around. So, what's your body of work? And he has a lot of body of work."

Dickerson also followed Harbaugh on Twitter Monday afternoon.

Harbaugh is probably a long shot to leave the Wolverines after just two years, but it is interesting to see how hot of a commodity he'd be at the professional level. There are many who believe he still longs for a Super Bowl title after all.
