Ohio State may not need to throw the ball much against Michigan today. The Buckeyes are running all over the Wolverines' defense.

Running back JK Dobbins, in particular, is having himself a game so far. The elusive, powerful back has nine carries for 74 yards and a touchdown - and it hasn't even been a full quarter yet.

Dobbins has been vastly underrated this entire season as OSU QB Justin Fields and DE Chase Young have gotten most of the attention. But plenty of fans are starting to take notice.

It looks like Dobbins has made a fan out of former Ohio State RB Ezekiel Elliot. The current Cowboys running back took to Twitter to praise Dobbins' performance against the Wolverines on Saturday.

Dobbins passed Elliott on Ohio State's all-time rushing list earlier in the contest.

Dobbins won't see this tweet until after the game when he checks his phone. But it'll certainly be a welcome surprise for the Ohio State running back. It's not too often NFL players of Elliott's caliber will throw out such high praise.

Elliot of course was apart of the Buckeyes' 2014-15 championship team. Ohio State beat Alabama in the semi-final before beating the Oregon Ducks in the championship game.

Dobbins is hoping to lead this current Ohio State team to another championship. But first, the Buckeyes are looking to take down rival Michigan on Saturday.
