A Gus Malzahn quote about Jim Harbaugh from 2015 reappeared on Twitter today, and it didn't make Malzahn look good.

Way back when Harbaugh was getting started at Michigan and his satellite camp tour was in full swing, Malzahn was asked at SEC Media Days for his opinion on it.

"The chances of a team up north coming into our state and getting a player that us or Alabama wants are slim to none," Malzahn said.

Well, today Michigan came into Alabama and signed four-star wide receiver Nico Collins, the No. 5 player in the state. Collins was the only top-10 player in Alabama not to sign with the Crimson Tide or Tigers. Alabama signed six top-10 in-state players, while Auburn signed three.

Well, Malzahn's old quote resurfaced, thanks to the @OldTakesExposed Twitter account.

Overall, Auburn ended up with the No.9 class in the country, so they had a decent signing day.

However, maybe Gus will hesitate to open up his mouth about Harbaugh next time.
