Michigan football enters this weekend's game against Nebraska on a two-game win streak. The Wolverines appear to have gotten good news on their pair of standout running backs.

Karan Higdon didn't play in last week's win over SMU due to an injury. During the game, Chris Evans, who typically splits carries with Higdon, left with an injury of his own.

However, it looks like the Wolverines will have both players at their disposal against the Huskers this weekend. Running backs coach Jay Harbaugh said the team expects both to be available.

Harbaugh added that Higdon has practiced fully this week after sitting out last Saturday. Evans, meanwhile, has been progressing.

Higdon leads the Wolverines in rushing with 228 yards, even though he has only played in two of three games. Evans is second on the roster with 178 rushing yards.

Both players have scored a pair of touchdowns.

Michigan and Nebraska will kick off at 3:30 p.n. ET on BTN.
