Harbaugh is 0-1 against Meyer as Michigan's head coach.

The Wolverines, ranked No. 8 in the preseason Coaches' Poll, are set to face Ohio State, ranked No. 5, in Columbus on Nov. 26.

Some other highlights from Harbaugh's sit down interview with ESPN:

  • He said it'd be nice to go Harbaugh-lite (not as intense) for a couple of hours a day, but he can't ever truly turn it all off.
  • He brings his glove to every baseball game he attends because that's what he was taught. "Never know when you're going to get a foul ball," he said.
  • He wore cleats while throwing out the first pitch at Wrigley Field after getting some advice from a Hall of Fame pitcher. "Greg Maddux told me it's one of the slipperiest mounds in the big leagues."

Michigan opens its 2016 season on Saturday, Sept. 3 against Hawaii.
