Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh is doing everything he can to stay top-of-mind with recruits ahead of National Signing Day this Wednesday. That apparently includes penning a very personal article for The Players' Tribune

Monday morning, Harbaugh, who took the job with the Wolverines a year ago, released the post, which details much of his childhood. The article, titled "Who's Got It Better Than Us?" focuses on his parents, his hometown and his decision to return to Ann Arbor to become the head coach at UM. Here's a snippet:

A lot of people outside of Michigan asked me why I decided to make that third move to Ann Arbor. It’s pretty simple: I love football. I love coaching. I love Michigan. And for me, there’s no better place for those three things than right here in Ann Arbor.

Harbaugh's tactics, while sometimes perceived as strange, seem to be working. Michigan fans - if you're looking to read the entire article - you can check it out here.
