Jim Harbaugh Reveals The Frontrunners For Michigan's Quarterback Competition

Jim Harbaugh has yet to settle on a starting quarterback for the upcoming season, but there are two frontrunners for the position.

Michigan's head coach revealed to reporters today that Wilton Speight and John O'Korn are currently leading the Wolverines' QB competition.

Speight, a three-star recruit in the 2014 class, is a junior, while O'Korn, a three-star recruit in the 2013 class, is a transfer from Houston.

Michigan's quarterback play was decent at-best in 2015. Jake Rudock was the starter, throwing for 3,017 yards, 20 touchdowns and nine interceptions. He completed 64 percent of his passes.

The Wolverines, ranked No. 8 in the preseason Coaches' Poll, open their season on Saturday, Sept. 3 against Hawaii.
