John Beilein Is Very Angry That ESPN Pushed Michigan-Villanova Back To 10:15 On Tuesday Night

Despite playing in Brooklyn at the Barclays Center last night, a basketball game between Michigan and Villanova did not tip until 10:15 p.m. ET. The final game of the Legends Classic was delayed by 15 minutes due to a long-running football game before it, and Michigan head coach John Beilein is not happy about the situation. He went on a long rant about the issue after the game. Specifically, Michigan played had class at 9 a.m. this morning, and would not make it back to their dorms until nearly 5 a.m. due to the incredibly late tip-off.

Even after the rant, Beilein wasn't done. He tweeted again when Michigan landed in 4:22 a.m.

College sports scheduling is what it is, but Beilein definitely has a point here. There is no reason for an east coast game, especially, to tip off that late on a school night.
