Jordan Poole is no stranger to the giant shot he hit yesterday. He hit basically the same shot back in high school.

Poole starred at La Lumiere, a basketball power in Indiana. He was a four-star shooting guard in the class of 2017.

While there, he hit a shot that was almost identical to the game-winner against Houston. He even did the same leg kick.

Compare the two Jordan Poole shots for yourself.

Here's the one he hit on Saturday night. It sent Michigan past Houston, and into the Sweet 16.

And here is the one in high school. The main difference is that this one left just over a second on the clock.

The similarities are pretty stunning. Clearly, Poole likes that spot, and has a flare for the dramatic.

As a high school recruit, 247Sports ranked Poole as the No. 93 player in the country. He actually committed to Michigan all the way back in 2015, and stayed with the Wolverines for over two years before signing.

He was the No. 19 shooting guard in the class. The Milwaukee native was the seventh-ranked player from Wisconsin.

Poole wasn't a huge contributor to the Wolverines as a freshman. He averages 6.2 points per game in just under 13 minutes a night.

He's already made what could go down as a career highlight, and put himself in Michigan basketball lore in a big way. The Wolverines will face the North Carolina-Texas A&M winner in the Sweet 16.
