LSU's Les Miles Wants Everyone To Know He's Rooting For Michigan Today

If - and more likely, when - Brady Hoke gets fired as Michigan football's head coach, LSU's Les Miles is surely a name that will come up as a possible replacement in Ann Arbor.

Miles, a Michigan alumnus and former graduate assistant for the Wolverines, has several connections to the Big 10 program. He was rumored to be the favorite to land the Michigan job back in 2008 when Lloyd Carr retired, but he opted to remain in Baton Rouge, La.

The 61-year-old coach wants everyone to know he's rooting for his former school this afternoon against Ohio State.

This is likely a tweet that will be read into by many, but it probably shouldn't be.

Miles isn't shy when it comes to talking about his adoration for Michigan, but it would be a major surprise if he bolted from LSU.
