Michigan Lands 4-Star Quarterback Cade McNamara

Michigan got great news on Friday night when four-star quarterback Cade McNamara announced his commitment to play for the Wolverines.

The Michigan basketball team may currently be playing in the NCAA Tournament, but it's the Michigan football team that's making headlines on Friday night.

Four-star quarterback Cade McNamara announced on Friday night that he's committing to play for the Wolverines in 2019. McNamara decommitted from Notre Dame back on March 3.

McNamara is a 6-foot-1, 187-pound player from Reno, Nevada. He's one of the top signal-callers in the country for his class.

McNamara announced the news on Twitter, along with photos of himself wearing Michigan gear.

"I have bene waiting to find this place for a long time. I am very excited to announce that I will be committing to the University of Michigan. #GoBlue"

McNamara, according to 247Sports, has offers from 10 schools - Alabama, Michigan, USC, Notre Dame, Georgia, Hawaii, Nevada, San Diego State, Tennessee and Wisconsin.
