Nate Johnson is reportedly no longer on the Michigan football team.
Days after his arrest, Michigan corner Nate Johnson has reportedly been dismissed from the Wolverines football program.
On Saturday morning, Johnson was arrested for allegedly assaulting a female student. Johnson was suspended from the team, but now it looks like he's gone for good.
Although he still remains on the Michigan roster, Sam Webb of Scout is reporting that Johnson has been kicked off the team permanently.
Johnson committed to Michigan as a 3-star wide receiver recruit, but switched to cornerback for the 2017 season.
Michigan has an important matchup coming against Michigan State at home. The game is slated for a 7:30 p.m. ET kickoff and will be broadcast on ABC.
