Michigan DL Mario Ojemudia Announces His College Career Is Over
Mario Ojemudia's time as a Michigan football player has come to an end. The Wolverines' senior defensive end announced on Instagram late Monday night that his college football career is over.
Ojemudia, a 6-foot-2, 252-pound defensive lineman, suffered an injury in Michigan's fifth game of the season. He tore his Achilles against Maryland and was holding out hope that he could be granted a fifth season of eligibility.
That won't be happening, though.
Ojemudia is a player with NFL potential. Here's to him getting healthy and making the best of a pro opportunity.
