Michigan QB Brandon Peters Carted Off The Field After Taking Brutal Hit

Brandon Peters went down hard and had to be carted off the field.

Near the end of the third quarter in Michigan-Wisconsin, Wolverines quarterback Brandon Peters took a devastating hit and was on the ground for several minutes. Eventually, he sat up and was carted off the field.

It was an ugly scene, and Michigan players surrounded the player as he was down on the ground.

It's unclear the exact injury Peters suffered, but he did go down on his left side, and his head hit the ground with some serious force.

Peters was 9-of-18 for 157 yards prior to the injury. John O'Korn came in to replace him.
