Michigan may be getting a key player back in the fold for this weekend's game against Penn State: defensive end Taco Charlton.
Taco Charlton suffered an ankle injury in the team's blowout opening win over Hawaii. He hasn't played since, but hinted on Twitter Monday evening that he might be back soon.
That tweet, coupled with head coach Jim Harbaugh saying Charlton could play this weekend should leave Michigan fans feeling hopeful.
Charlton is one of several Michigan defensive starters battling injuries. The Wolverines have also been without defensive tackle Bryan Mone and cornerback Jourdan Lewis.
Michigan, ranked No. 4 in the country, hosts Penn State on Saturday. Kickoff will be at 3:30 p.m. ET on ABC.
