Northwestern Had Quite The Celebration After Its Double-OT Win Over Michigan

While most of the college basketball world was focused on Kentucky vs. Georgia Tuesday night, there was actually a much better game over in the Big Ten. Northwestern and Michigan played two overtimes, which were both forced by Wildcats junior Tre Demps. With 2.4 seconds left in regulation, Demps his a 3-pointer to tie the game. With 3.2 seconds left in the first overtime, Demps again his a 3-pointer to force another extra session. Check out both plays:

After the contest, as you'd imagine, the Wildcats were pumped. The school released a short video of the team celebrating in the locker room.

Northwestern would need to win the Big Ten Tournament to reach the NCAAs. Perhaps an emotional win over Michigan will be the start of an amazing run.
