On Saturday afternoon, the Michigan Wolverines hosted Rutgers in what offered a great bounce-back opportunity for the Wolverines.

Jim Harbaugh and company were spanked in Madison by Wisconsin last weekend. The Wolverines and Badgers were expected to provide a hard-fought battle, but the Badgers ran away with it early.

After the loss, questions about Harbaugh's future with the program grew louder.

However, in just a few minutes against Rutgers, that tune changed in a hurry - as did Harbaugh's mood.

Shea Patterson hit wide receiver Nico Collins on a 48-yard touchdown strike to put Michigan up 7-0.

Harbaugh liked what he saw from his quarterback.

It's a great start for the Wolverines, who need a win this afternoon to right the ship.

Michigan holds a 7-0 lead midway through the first quarter.
