College GameDay viewers may have noticed that a key member of the panel was missing today. Desmond Howard was not in Stillwater, because he is up in Ann Arbor, having his No. 21 retired ahead of today's Michigan vs. Ohio State game.

Getting a jersey retired at a place like Michigan is a pretty incredible feat, but Howard deserves it. In 1991, he cleaned up the award circuit, taking home the Heisman Trophy, Walter Camp Award, and Maxwell Award.
