Michigan forward Mark Donnal will transfer from the program.
Donnal, who played in 101 games (35 starts) for the Wolverines over the last three seasons, will graduate and be immediately eligible elsewhere in 2017-18.
ESPN's Jeff Goodman broke the news.
Donnal's former teammate Max Bielfeldt gave him a humorous endorsement on Twitter. He stumped for Big Ten schools to take a look at him, since the last two Big Ten regular season champions (Indiana in 2016 and Purdue this year) featured Michigan grad transfers.
Bielfeldt played for the Hoosiers in 2015-16 and Spike Albrecht suited up for Purdue in 2016-17.
A four-star recruit and top 100 player in the class of 2013, Donnal averaged 5.1 points and 2.6 rebounds per game for his career at Michigan.
