Rocco Spindler, one of the top offensive linemen in the 2021 recruiting cycle, has cut his list of schools he’s considering down to 10.
The 6-foot-5, 295-pound prospect is one of the more sought-after guards in the country. Spindler ranks as the No. 2 OG and No. 49 overall 2021 prospect, according to the 247Sports Composite score. He certainly has the frame and ability to provide an instant impact in college.
A total of 10 schools are still in the running to land the elite guard, but the Michigan native is expected to wind up with Jim Harbaugh and the Wolverines. Notre Dame is also considered one of the favorites.
In addition to Michigan and Notre Dame, Spindler is also considering Ohio State, LSU, Tennessee, Penn State, Oklahoma, Alabama, Arizona State and Florida. The offensive guard’s top-10 schools announcement can be found below:

Spindler still has plenty of time to make up his mind regarding where he’ll play college football, but he’s expected to make an announcement this summer prior to the start of his high school senior season.
This would without-a-doubt be a massive pickup for Michigan. The Wolverines have a track-record for landing elite offensive linemen.
Spindler’s recruitment will start heat up as summer approaches.
